Welcome to RetroRapid! By using the app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
RetroRapid! is a retro-style racing game for Apple platforms, provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for how you use the app. RetroRapid! must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to attempt to cheat, hack, or modify the game, reverse engineer or decompile the software, or use the game in any way that violates applicable laws.
2. App Store Distribution
RetroRapid! is distributed via the App Store. Your access to the app and any applicable charges are managed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID. No account is created or stored by the developer.
3. Game Center
RetroRapid! integrates with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Use of Game Center features is subject to Apple's Game Center Terms of Service.
4. In-App Purchases and Family Sharing
RetroRapid! offers an optional one-time purchase:
• Unlimited Play is a non-consumable in-app purchase that removes the play limit and unlocks visual themes.
• Unlimited Play supports Family Sharing, so everyone in your Family Sharing group can benefit from the purchase.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.
5. Intellectual Property
The RetroRapid! app, its design, and features are the property of Daniel Devesa Derksen-Staats.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
RetroRapid! is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for the best possible experience, we do not guarantee error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of RetroRapid!.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms in the future. Continued use of RetroRapid! after updates means you accept the new Terms.
We may discontinue the app or its features in the future (for example, if we remove the app from the App Store). If we do, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice where practicable.
