Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using RetroRapid, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

RetroRapid is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial use.

Game Center

RetroRapid integrates with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Use of Game Center features is subject to Apple's Game Center Terms of Service.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to cheat, hack, or modify the game

• Use the game in any way that violates applicable laws

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RetroRapid are owned by Daniel Devesa Derksen-Staats and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue RetroRapid at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RetroRapid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of RetroRapid.
