Usage

Mestre is provided as a screen recording utility for macOS. You are free to use the app for personal or professional purposes, provided you comply with applicable local laws and respect the intellectual property rights of others when recording or sharing content.

Ownership

Mestre is developed and maintained by Daniel Devesa Derksen-Staats. The app and its associated branding, icons, and design are the intellectual property of the developer.

App Store distribution

Mestre is distributed exclusively via the Mac App Store. Your access to the app and any applicable charges are managed by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID. No account is created or stored by the developer.

Limitation of liability

The developer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use (or misuse) of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Updates and changes

The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
